Job Description
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will respond to client’s inquiries and concerns and provide information to them.
- Send weekly updates on development around all our estates
- Work with the site Manager to get weekly updates/ development within the estates
- Send out weekly emails/ Newsletter/ updates to clients
- Take phone calls and emails from clients/ real estate agents to answer questions regarding Landed properties.
- Respond to emails in a timely manner
- Follow up on email inquiries from potential clients and work to set meetings with the sales team
- Input & Handle data entry in the new customer service software
- Responsible for updating and managing clients database
- Support with additional customer service and work with the Finance Officer as needed
- Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, preferably a client support role
- Excellent communication skills are a must - both written and verbal!
- Real Estate experience is a HUGE plus but not required
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Suite Skills are required
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong analytical skills
